We will accompany all viewings of your property and give you feedback outlining what prospective buyers are saying.

Once your property is under offer you will then deal with one experienced member of our team throughout the whole process, including any potentially demanding survey negotiations, dealing with both sets of solicitors as well as your buyer and give you the feedback that will allow you to be kept up to speed with events as they happen.

Our Commission Fees

Sole Agency – 1.5% gross (1.25% plus vat)

Joint Sole Agency – 2.4% gross (2% plus vat)

Multiple Agency - 3.0% gross (2.5% plus vat)
